DLC Treatment – Hard Like a Diamond
DLC technology is used for professional & competitive use, where maximum performance is required in terms of high smoothness & minimum friction. The DLC surface finish is capable to create a metallic micro film on the rings (less than 0.2 µm) in order to obtain performances and longevity.

2. Superfinishing to reduce surface roughness;
3. Fine grinding to obtain P5 or P4 tollerances on the raceways;
4. G10 grade balls to reduce the friction;
5. Ceramic Balls: Black with Nitride Compound or White with Zirconium Dioxide;
6. Extremely refined lubricating greases to reduce startinng and running torque;
7. No contacts rubber seals, on both sides or custom on single side;
8. High contact rubber seals, on both sides or custom on single side;
