The Power tools are widely used in numerous types of applications. These can be divided as following described:

  • for Professional or Hobby use;
  • for Machined materials: metals, polymers, glass, ceramics, wood,…;
  • by the Performed Function (including single-function or multifunction);
  • by the required Power supply: battery (low power) or wired to the electric supply.

First of all, an high and reliable accuracy of performed work must be ensured. In this sense, the Clearance choice is fundamental, starting from the Standard ones (Normal, C2 and C3) till to Customized Clearance bands. Furthermore, ensure the absence of produced vibrations is also important.

Both Radial Load (DGBB), Axial Load (ACBB) and Combined Load solutions are available. With regard to the extent of the loads, it is also possible to have customized solutions (acting on: steel quality, number and dimensions of the balls)

Since these are machines for material machining, prevent external bodies intrusions (inside the bearing) rapresent another aspect to take care. Such intrusions can limit the effective bearing life and also preclude the optimal functionality of the finished tool. In this sense, it is crucial to adopt an efficient sealing labyrinth, capable to create the most adverse path to foreign bodies.
