Gearmotors, reducers and speed variators are used in all industry sectors. In fact, they are used in the most diversified application fields:
A product designed for low energy consumption must necessarily guarantee high silence together with low production of vibrations: these represent energy losses that are no longer acceptable (in an increasingly competitive market).
Furthermore, it is necessary to guarantee a high reliability and precision of the work performed. In this sense, the choice of the Radial Clearance is relevant, starting from the Standard ones (Normal, C2 and C3) and also Customized Radial Range.
Radial Load (DGBB), Axial Load (ACBB) and Combined Load (TRB) solutions are available. Depending on the size of the loads, it’s also possible to have customized solutions, acting on: steel quality, number and balls size for DGBB and ACBB, number and rollers size for TRB.

2. Super pure 100Cr6 steel to increase bearing life;
3. Fine grinding to obtain P5 or P4 tolerances on the raceways;
4. Super-finishing to reduce surface roughness;
5. G10 grade balls to reduce friction;
6. Ultrasonic cleaning combined with demagnetization treatment;
7. 100% control of noise and vibration along the production line;
8. Different seal configuration: no contact, light contact, heavy contact (with one or more lips);
