Starting from Normal Radial Clearance, both solutions with C2 and C3 Radial Clearance are available, including Customized bands with tight clearance. This to allow elevate precision and motion control.

Greasing and Cleaning Conditions

Before assembling, bearing components are subjected to 3 washes by ultrasonic washing machine. Furthermore, demagnetization process prevents the metallic dust (produced when machining) from taking root on rings and balls. The result is an extremely clean process suitable for greasing: this occurs, on both sides, thanks to controlled release nozzles, in order to prevent excessive or limited quantities of injected lubricant.

Achieve a fluid motion means ensure a precise execution of both internal and assembly geometries.
The machining control on single components is then combined inspecting the Outer Ring Run Out, the Inner Ring Run Out, Noise and produced Vibrations. Starting from Standard P0 (Normal), it is possible to choose higher accuracies, as per P6 and P5, typical of the Electric Motor Quality.
